Wearing a navy jacket, a beige skirt, and a white blouse, I experienced the intense sweating process of a Finnish sauna.
During the first session, I started to sweat gently. Stepping outside, I removed the jacket and checked how damp the blouse had become.
In the second session, I enjoyed solving quizzes while noticing the sweat soaking my hair and making it stick to my face. Afterward, I checked the blouse again to see the changes.
By the third session, sweat was dripping from the model's face, and they described feeling it running down their back and sides. The visibly wet blouse revealed noticeable changes.
In the fourth session, sweat poured out all over, streaming down the face and neck. Removing the jacket revealed how the soaked blouse clung to the skin, offering a clear transformation.
